Not surprisingly, I emerged from 14 hours of flying with a breakout on my face. Delusionally, I packed no acne treatments, but digging through my mom’s aluminium tubes of this and that (medicine? skincare? cat skin disease balm?) I found A-Derma Dermalibour Cream for Face & Body.
It’s essentially pimped-out diaper cream, with protective zinc, soothing oat, and anti-bacterial copper. But unlike actual diaper cream, it absorbs quickly with no greasy after-feel.
It’s worked wonders to heal the breakout and I’ve also used it on my fingertips, which were dried to a crisp because I had to soak them in nail polish remover to dissolve a thick layer of glitter nail polish. Plus, it comes in a metal tube and looks like a prescription - this is what I look for in European skincare ; )
