I get a lot of questions about the best products for curly hair, and because I don’t have it … and I’m not a hair professional … I really don’t know!

So I turn to you, curly haired friends!!  Leave your answer with your name and link and I’ll round them up in a post.

**What are your favorite hair products and tips for curly hair**?

Sometimes I ask myself what life would be like if I had “vintage” hair like this … I suppose it would involve mornings spent with a curling iron.
I do love it though, don’t you?

"Any advice for girls with curly hair?" - CrazyMFa

First of all I looked at your profile pic and your hair is literally perfect (go look you guys) … the individual curls are like not from this world!  So I don’t think you need that much help, but I’ve been wanting to recommend this for a while so I’ll use the excuse.
Take a shampoo vacation!  And possibly never go back. There are so many great non-foaming cleansers out there and your hair’s natural oil is the optimal solution for shine and “weight” (keeping curls heavier vs. frizzy/flyaway).

DevaCurl makes a good cleanser called No-Poo (~$15) designed specifically for curly or “natural” hair, but anyone can use it if you want to try a shampoo fast.
Most importantly - keep loving your hair.  I think it’s sad to permanently straighten the crap out of hair, it’s like flattening a flower on a page.  It might look good for a day but ultimately the real you is dead.
Let me know if you do a shampoo fast/try this product and how it goes!
